Biobar
The biobar is a bioinformatics power-browsingtoolbar for Mozilla-based browsers including Firefoxand Netscape 7+. This toolbar provides access to allmajor biological data resources. The primary advantageof this tool is that it allows the user to browseand retrieve data from Genomic, Proteomic, Functional,Literature, Taxonomic, Structural, Plant andAnimal-specific databases. In addition to the browsingfeatures, biobar also provides links to importantbioinformatics sites and services including servicesat the European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI),National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) as well asmedline.
